Exciting new season is soon upon us. The Mountain Crest Football teams are doing great and we hope for their continued success.  Just a note on a few items.

 - Coaches Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday Oct. 16th at 6:30 in Coach Burdett's Shop. This is for anyone that wants to help out with coaching on any MC wrestling team this year. Parents, College Students, Past Wrestlers, and Past Coaches. The more the better!

 - Some wrestlers are getting together at 6:00 am on Tuesday and Thursday and working out. Ask around. No coaches are in involved because we are still in moratorium.

_ Youth Wrestling is starting.

  1. K – 2nd on Mondays and Wednesdays / 3rd – 5th on Tuesdays and Thursdays / All practices from 5:15 to 6:30pm.
  2. Sign-ups and Practices in the Mountain Crest High School Wrestling Room.
  3. Practices start on Monday, Oct. 22, or Tuesday, Oct. 23, depending on grade. We will conclude on Nov. 17th.
  4. The cost is $40, and includes championship coaching, 3 Saturday tournaments, and a T-shirt.
  5. Call Justus Swensen at 435 760 3779 with questions or email mcmwrestlingjr@gmail.com
 - The first day of practice is Nov 5. Come in shape and ready to be the best you can be. Remember we have the body fat and hydration test on the 10th so if you want to wrestle a certain weight you need to be close. The best way to loss weight is to eat well and run.
